Website Design
What happens once I order?
Once you decide to boost your web presence with a Smart Website you will be required to complete a web brief. The more detailed and specific you can be, the better we’ll be able to help provide what you want.
Upon receipt of your web brief form we will respond to you within 2-4 business days.
Logo/Graphics
If you have a logo or any graphics which should be used for your website design work then please provide the highest resolution image you have available of your logo and or graphics so that we can give you the most clean and professional web site image possible.
What Information should you have when you order?
Below are some of the items you should have ready to help speed things up.
- Contact details
- Hosting details – C Panel or FTP access codes. Don’t worry if you don’t have hosting, we can organise that for you
- Google Analytics code (if you already have a website you will have a code that looks like this: UA-XXXXXXXX-X)
- Website colors, ‘most wanted actions’ and the web addresses of sites you like
- Social media profiles for Twitter, Facebook, Linkedin, Youtube if you want them linked from your site
- Facebook badge integration code (don’t worry if you don’t know what this means)
- Opt-in box form code details (learn more about Email Marketing)
- Links to any graphics or logos you need us to use

How it works
When you select your preferred SEO Package the checkout will take you to paypal. This subscription is on a monthly basis. You can stop the subscription any time you like by logging into your own Paypal account and selecting ’subscriptions’ then cancel.
We will complete each months work that you pay for. A good foundation minimum for a new site or to supercharge an existing site is three – six months. The longer you stay the more links you will build and the more results you will get. We also ask you to bear in mind that success timing will depend on how competitive the keywords are you are using.
Filling out the form
Once you have made payment you will be able to complete a form detailing the project objectives. We will ask you for your domain name (one domain per package is the maximum). Next we ask you if there is a blog on that domain. We will ask for some keyword phrases depending on the package.
Keyword phrases
Choosing your ten keyword phrases is important for getting the results you want. You may already be experienced and know your phrases. Should you require some help with key phrases we will help you select them based on the website bio you supply. We will get a brief description of your website and purpose so that we can help you zero in on the keywords that make sense for you. It is important to have several phrases for your site since it is unnatural that people would link to your site using just the one phrase over and over again. This is called link variety.
Research Tools
If you need a keyword tool to help you choose buying keywords and measure the competition we recommend you download a free trial version of Market Samurai. This tool will help give you ideas and measure search volume versus competition.
Bio and description
On the form you can tell us about your site target market and include a picture of you if you would like to utilize this powerful aspect of social marketing. A more detailed profile helps your links stay in place and attract the right target.
